Feeling let down

I called today to check on our status and of course, they are not working today. Someone named Dorothy answered the phone (the same lady that was supposed to help me while Monica was away on vacation last week and never responded to any of my emails) and told me that she could not help me either. My goodness, all I need to know is whether a glitch can be fixed or not. Is that so difficult? Obviously it is because she refused to help me. It would have taken less than 3 mintues to look at the computer screen. So, here we are 6 days away from our lease being over and we have no plan of action. It has been SIX (6) weeks since we signed the contract with Eastwood on the house and yet, we have made little progress. I'm sure they can understand why I am feeling let down and dissapointed in their "service".
