It's Good Friday....

We are in our 6th month with the NACA program....are we ever going to close? Not without first writing a contract on a house! We were told to start shopping for a home, but we have no approval letter. Friday went by and we never received an approval letter. I left an email with the office staff at NACA after calling three times and being told to call back each time. I also wrote an email to Glenda and to the receptionist in the office. Did I get the courtesy of a return email or phone call No, of course not. I don't understand why there is such a lack of communication. It's to the point of being ridiculous. So, still, we sit with no approval letter. We have 2 homes in mind and will go see one of them today.
