Where Does It All Go?

So I called NACA and they said that in order for our file to move forwards, we would have to pay a new credit report fee and update all of our documents. I am so so sick of this. We update our documents and somehow or another nobody ever receives them. Where does it all go? I undersand they need updated documents, but why in the world do they not ever do anything with them? Also, I paid a new credit report fee on April 14th, when we wrote the contract. Nobody has done anything with our account since the last time I spoke with her.....absolutely ridiculous. Then again, what did I expect? Who am I trying to kid? ALL documents have been updated via fax. Yeah, we had to go out and purchase a fax machine. Just what we wanted to spend our money on. We need to get our bank app does ASAP. Come on NACA.......
