Still......nothing

I guess we are still not making progress. Here we are, almost 2 weeks past the mandatory home purchase workshop, one week and one day past writing a contract on the home and 4 days past inspection. I just received a letter from the HAND department saying we are not qualified. This is because we still have no letter from the home buying workshop. Unbelievable. What are we going to have to do to close this house?
