We FINALLY signed the contract

We signed a contract on a home that we will likely live in forever! It is 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, 2433 square feet, 2-story great room, in a wonderful neighborhood close to my mom, stone exterior, iron pickets etc.... It's beautiful inside and out.
